This series documents employee information at the Twist Plantation. Included in these documents are various record books indicated farmers’ wages, documentation of taxable income, and ledgers for employee petty cash. This series is divided into five (5) subseries: Subseries 3.1, Regular Farm Labor Weekly Time Books; Subseries 3.2, Outside Labor Time Book; Subseries 3.3, Chopping Labor Time Books; Subseries 3.4, Tax Information and Series 3.5, Employee Petty Cash.
